1. Processing time

Each order is processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

This includes preparation, on-demand manufacturing, and shipment of your order.

 

2. Shipping transit times

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated shipping transit times are as follows:

  • France & Central Europe: 3 to 10 business days
  • Extended Europe: 3 to 10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5 to 12 business days
  • Non-EU Europe: 5 to 15 business days
  • Asia: 7 to 20 business days
  • Middle East: 7 to 20 business days
  • Africa: 7 to 20 business days
  • Latin America: 7 to 20 business days
  • Oceania: 7 to 20 business days
  • Special / remote territories: 10 to 25 business days

The above timeframes correspond to shipping transit times after dispatch.

They do not include the processing time indicated above.

 

3. Total delivery time

The total delivery time corresponds to the processing time (2 to 5 business days) plus the shipping transit time.

For reference, the estimated total delivery time is generally:

  • 5 to 15 business days for Europe
  • 7 to 17 business days for North America
  • 9 to 25 business days for the rest of the world
  • up to 30 business days for certain remote destinations

 

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are fixed and depend on the destination region.

  • France & Central Europe: €6.99
  • Extended Europe: €12.99
  • North America: €14.99
  • Non-EU Europe: €17.99
  • Rest of the world (Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America, Oceania): €24.99
  • Special / remote territories: €29.99

 

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before final order confirmation during the checkout process. No additional or hidden fees are applied after this stage.

5. Additional information

All products are made to order after purchase confirmation, which may result in slight variations in processing times, without significantly affecting overall delivery times.

The delivery times provided are average estimates and may vary depending on destination and logistical conditions.

 

6. Shipping address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
In the event of an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

 

7. Lost or damaged packages

  • If a package is declared lost by the carrier after investigation, an appropriate solution will be provided, which may include a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
  • If a damaged product is received, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package, providing clear photos so that we can review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

All claims are handled promptly by our customer service team to ensure a fast and appropriate resolution.

 

8. Customs duties and taxes

For international orders, customs duties or local taxes may be required by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are independent of EXTACIAFrance and remain the responsibility of the customer.
