  • EXTACIAFrance reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
  • Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

 


4. Orders

  • The customer confirms the order after accepting these Terms of Sale.
  • EXTACIAFrance reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or non-payment.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

  • In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 calendar days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
  • This right does not apply to personalized products, made-to-order items, or products that are clearly customized.

8. Liability

  • EXTACIAFrance cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
  • The seller’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the order.
