1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern sales carried out on the EXTACIAFrance online store, accessible at extaciafrance.com.
They define the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the context of online product sales.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page (photos, descriptions, sizes, materials, etc.).
As our products are made to order, slight variations may occur between the visuals displayed and the final product received.

3. Orders

  • The customer confirms the order by following the online checkout process.
  • Any order implies acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and these Terms of use.
  • The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT).
Shipping costs are specified before final order validation.

5. Payment

Payment is secure and must be made at the time of ordering, using the payment methods accepted by the store (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery

  • Production and delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
  • The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for personalized or made-to-order products.

8. Liability

  • The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
  • The seller’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by French and European law.
In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the seller’s registered office.
